Permission Form

THIS AGREEMENT between the author and Stanford University ("Stanford") concerns all maps, reports, and field notebooks, completed by the author, while participating in a field season of the Stanford Geological Survey, for inclusion in the Branner Library SGS project.

The author grants and assigns to Stanford University a nonexclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to archive, display and distribute the works electronically.

Stanford agrees to make the works available electronically and to provide access to the original as needed. Stanford further agrees to archive the electronic and original pieces.
